Marketing Specialist

 

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager

 

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist with a passion for technology and innovation in the digital forensics and cybersecurity industry. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, content creation, and hands-on execution to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and partner engagement across the Middle East and South Asia regions. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and creating content that communicates the value of our IT-forensic hardware and DFIR software solutions to government, law enforcement, and enterprise customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives & regional sales goals.
  • Support event marketing activities including trade shows, roadshows, and partner conferences.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams and technology partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage marketing calendars, communications, and deliverables across multiple markets.

Content & Communication

  • Create engaging content for digital platforms including LinkedIn, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in developing product brochures, event materials, and presentation decks.
  • Work closely with design and media teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Support online advertising, SEO, and lead-generation activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Maintain and update company websites and social media pages with relevant content.

Partner & Event Coordination

  • Liaise with software and hardware technology partners for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth setups, and on-ground marketing activities for regional exhibitions.
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, product launches, and partner engagement sessions.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, or digital forensics industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent marketing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
